Forum Account = Game Account?

Hello, I'm a bit confused! Is the account I have here on the forum, my login account? If it is, it sure as hell doesn't work! I see no game account creation button either    So how do I make a game account? 

And just a suggestion, forum moderators -> Make it a bit more clear!

and after u have 2 ways:
1: click on forum (and u go to forum u can create forum account etc....FORUM)
2: click on TO NETWORK, and u can create your account FOR GAME, reset password etc

suggestion : WRITE THEM AND KEEP THAT PAPER  (ps: and ofc...maybe create a new mail that u dont use, so u won't give it to...friends )

Btw they wanted to link up forum account with game account(s) like year before
